Ok...so I got Pami's new yarn....you can choose this...or just the plain white like we talked about. Let me know what you think...it looks like a softer coral in person. It was only $1.99 per skein...I thought that was a great deal.....Thanks ANNIE!!! So I got some other colors too.....I think this might be good for some things for Teagan....in baby colors.

That looks pretty - is it cotton??? I use to use that brand for knitted dish cloths but it was cotton - I didn't know they made other types of yarn.

I think that if you are doing the picture of the green cap you should use a solid color yarn. I think the multiple colors will hide the beautiful textures and cables in the cap.
Ombre (multi-colored) yarns are pretty to look at, but can cause some strange things to happen that aren't intended in the final product.
In this case your knitting expertise will be shown off better in a solid color.
PS: I tracked my yarn today - it won't be delivered until the 8th.

ok...it is cotton...maybe I'll use the white for the cables....and I'll make her one of the funky ones with the different colored one....just hoping she might wear it!
I agree...and light colors show cables best, which is another reason I voted against the brown and in favor of white. She needs something thicker and wool-like.
